What has brought you here?
As we question different aspects within our lives, we often look for something to help us make
sense of the world. Whatever your circumstance or reasons; anxiety, depression, mid-life crisis, relationships, or trauma and much more, talking therapy is a chance for you to talk and be heard. I am a person-centered counsellor which means I am here to listen to you and be guided by you.
Counselling in Lincoln & Online Therapy across the UK

I am based in Lincoln and offer face-to-face counselling as well as online therapy, allowing flexibility and access to support wherever you are. Online counselling can be just as effective as in-person sessions and may suit those with busy schedules, mobility issues, or anxiety around travel.

A Safe, Supportive Space

I work in a warm, collaborative way, tailoring therapy to your individual needs. There is no pressure to talk about anything before you are ready. Counselling is your space — to be heard, understood, and supported.

Take the First Step

An initial enquiry can help you decide whether counselling feels right for you. I offer an initial consultation, if you want to feel more comfortable chatting to me on the phone first.
